Being a artist takes lots of work. Bla Bla Bla is problebly all your art teacher says or maybe... No no no, do this do that its all about artistic flavor , well if you want flavor read on.
Its all about brush work plus the paints. For example, oil pastels they will get stuck on the pallette so you might want to get ready for the pallette getting distroyed so... get a verry cheap pallette so it doesn't get such an efect on your supplies.
Well now if you want to make a painting start sketching your ideas on paper express your feelings. When you have the perfect sketch, do it again about 4 more times. Then sketch it on a canvass. Remeber it might take a year to do the painting but it doesn't matter its all about quality. TAKE YOUR TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi skyla, i really liked the idea of making ablog and i'm sure you feel like its not fair that every one else is doing one too, but it is such a cool idea. so i thought that i would make a link from my blog towards yours. the name of my blog is going to be called sylvan's grab bag. its going to be where i pick a topic and stick with it for the week and then the next week i will pick a different topic. don't tell anyone my idea. the first week is going to be about me.
